Having a free tear and a paid option also really helps with getting in the door, knowing that if you tank the interview you can always sign up for another one. The platform is built fairly well with minimal bugs and the support team has always been super responsive with any issues / concerns I've brought up with them. The platform does have some weaker areas like no shows for interviews (for the free interviews) and it's common for interviewers to just grab questions off of leetcode.
